Does Caravan cost anything?
Caravan is free during pre-launch validation. Flights, stays and other travel costs are separate. We haven’t decided how to charge for Caravan in the future.
Where do we book and pay?
Follow the flight seller or hotel property link and book directly on their site. Confirm availability, dates, travelers, terms and the final price there. Keep your own booking references in Caravan. Each booking is between you and that seller; Caravan cannot reserve seats or rooms for you. Caravan collects no payment details.
What if the price or group changes?
Search prices can change. Confirm the final price on the seller’s site before booking. Changes and cancellations follow that seller’s terms; editing a Caravan reference does not change or cancel a booking.
What stays private?
In the planned group flow, budgets and private cuts are kept private. A cut removes an idea without revealing who used it. This landing sample has fictional people and stores none of your choices.
